Journalist Steven Sotloff made aliyah to Israel, graduated cum laude in Counter-Terrorism, and worked on some of the most important stories of the time, including the Arab Spring, the Syrian crisis, and his incredible piece for CNN from Benghazi. Most of his pieces were in pseudonym for his protection, being both Jewish and Israeli-American. Nonetheless, he was taken hostage in 2013 and was beheaded by ISIS in 2014 on international TV.
